Hi, I'm Trish. As a passionate and energetic Pilates and fitness instructor, my mission is to help you uncover the many benefits that fitness can bring.  I'm known for my warm and encouraging teaching style, crafting classes that are both enjoyable and effective.  My priority is to create a welcoming and supportive space for everyone.  Join me, and let's sweat, smile and build strength together!

Certified Pilates Instructor, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Consultant and Yoga Instructor.
