Hi, I'm Trish. As a passionate and energetic Pilates and fitness instructor, my mission is to help you uncover the many benefits that fitness can bring. I'm known for my warm and encouraging teaching style, crafting classes that are both enjoyable and effective. My priority is to create a welcoming and supportive space for everyone. PILATES & STRENGTH TRAINING CLASSES
At Get Fit with Trish, we offer weekly Pilates and Strength Training Classes either in person or Zoom.
